Return & Refund Policy

At OppungVisual, we are dedicated to capturing your most precious moments with the highest quality and artistic care. Because our services involve creative time and specialized labor, please review our policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and product returns.
1. Service Cancellations & Deposits
- Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure your date, a down payment (DP) is required. This deposit is non-refundable as it reserves our team exclusively for your date, preventing us from accepting other bookings.
- Cancellations: If you cancel your booking, the deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the scheduled event, the full balance of the chosen package may be due.
2. Digital Deliverables
- Since digital files are intellectual property and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on services already rendered.
- Technical Issues: If your digital files are corrupted or inaccessible, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work to resolve technical issues immediately, such as providing a new download link.
3. Physical Products (Prints & Albums)
- In the unlikely event that your physical prints or albums arrive damaged due to a manufacturing error, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package.
- To process a replacement, we require photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange a reprint or replacement at no additional cost.
- We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for physical products that were ordered based on your final approval (e.g., custom album designs).
4. Refund Process
In the rare case a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Any costs incurred for travel, venue permits, or third-party vendors (such as Makeup Artists or Print labs) are non-refundable.
